Is it really unlimited?

Yes – You can come as often as you like. Our stylists won’t however do anything that will overprocess or damage your hair.

What is the minimum sign up period?

4 months

Can I put my membership on hold?
A .
Yes, once, for a maximum period of 1 month. Which extend out the finish date of your minimum term.

Can I use my membership at both salons?

You sure can!

What day of the week does my subscription get taken out?
A .
The same day of the week that you sign up.

How do I book for a subscription appointment?
A .
Just book online or over the phone like any other appointment. Services covered by your subscription will be covered at time of payment.

What if I want to cancel my membership early?

A cancelation fee applies to the remaining balance of the minimum term remaining of your subscription.

What are the exclusions?
A .
Olaplex treatments, Hair extensions (instillation, and refits), Keritan treatments, bridal hair are excluded from the packages.
Significant colour changes may incur a small additional product cost, this will be in consultation with you prior to your service.

Will I always be able to have the same stylist?
A .
We always try to fit you with your preferred stylist. However, if you require a specific time and day where your stylist isn’t available you will be scheduled with one of our other amazing team.

Can I use my membership anytime?

Membership bookings are available anytime during standard operating hours. Availability is subject to standard time slot availability.
