Opulence Hair Limited limits the number of employees that have access to the databases that contain personal data, and employees are advised of the importance of confidentiality.

Access to this information is restricted to staff who require this information to complete their daily duties.

SECURITY

When it is encrypted, generally other computers are unable to make sense of it, therefore keeping the information private while it is being transmitted.

Because we use third-party applications, like MailChimp, to send out useful emails to our customers, and run ad campaigns, personal information will be transferred to MailChimp servers once it is collected – this storage may occur outside of New Zealand. This information only applies to people who’ve signed up to any of our mailing lists, and who have provided express permission for us to use their information for the above purposes.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.

CHANGE OR REMOVAL OF PERSONAL DATA

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected or removed.
