THE RULES – ONLINE ORDERS – WHAT WE TAKE BACK AND HOW TO SEND IT BACK

 

Opulence Hair is committed to making the whole online shopping experience a good one, in fact, one of the best.

 

If you receive any merchandise that isn’t quite what you are after, simply get in touch with us within the time frame listed below, and we will happily find a different size or style for you, or if you prefer, we’ll refund the product. We will also ship any exchanged products back to you free of charge. Simple.

 

Exchanges and refunds will be accepted up to 30 days after purchase. All items can be refunded or exchanged provided they are returned in the same condition as you received them in (including sale items).

 

RETURNS PROCESS

If for any reason you would like to return your product to us please follow the simple steps below:

  1. Pack all the items you'd like to return and include your invoice in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging and attach the courier label. Please ensure that all boxed items are securely enclosed in the packaging as we are unable to accept them if damaged.

  2. Return the goods to Opulence Hair, 10 Helwick Street, Wanaka 9305

  3. In the return package ensure you have detailed the issue with the product.

  4. Please allow 1-2 working days after booking for the courier to collect your items.

  5. Once received, we will inspect and process your return. Exchange items will be sent or refunds processed within 5 working days.

 

RETURNING ONLINE ORDERS TO OUR SALON

Can’t wait for a courier to pick up your items? No problem you’re more than welcome to return online orders in person to the Salon within 30 days of receipt. We will process your return and be in touch when your refund has been processed, or exchange is ready to collect.

HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO GET DELIVERED?

All orders received before 11am Monday to Friday are dispatched via NZ Post the same day. Orders received after 11am, on weekends and public holidays are processed and dispatched the next working day. Delivery times vary.

We currently deliver to any New Zealand postal address, excluding PO Boxes and Stewart Island.
